Being plus size and doing hammer and chisel

While being plus size has been a challenge with some of the moves. I have learned how to modified certain moves. I have learnt that it’s okay to only get 8 reps done when they do ten, because I am working on my form.  I have learnt that while I might not look pretty doing the moves I am working the hardest I can, and I will get there one day. This plus size journey that I am on is not about being the best at the workouts it is about being my best and getting there. It is about learning how much my body can handle and the pushing myself a little harder.


Don’t feel bad if you can’t keep up with the people in the videos. I tend it watch the move once then look away from the screen while I work out unless I’m unsure about a move. but I listen and do the best that I can do.


Also know that you are not the first plus size to be doing this and be proud that you have made the choice to get up off your butt and get healthy.
